Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Issues

If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to replace or correct the issue.

No Returns on Custom Designs

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless they are defective.
