Refund policy

At Edwards Global Systems, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, design errors submitted by the customer, or change of mind.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizes, colors, and uploaded designs, before placing an order. We print exactly what is submitted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us edwardsglobalsystems@aol.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement or solution where appropriate.


Production Errors

If we make an error during production, we will correct it at no additional cost.


Final Sale

All custom orders are considered final sale unless there is a verified issue caused by our production process.
